Witness

This last week was very busy for us.  I guess I was too tired to take pictures of everything we did.We had Grandma JoAnn here for a couple of days and then we went to Stafford with her for a few days to help look for houses. We must not have been much help because she didn't find a house until after we left.

Lucy enjoying a cupcake that she got at a birthday party. A birthday party that she was never invited to.  We went outside and a little girl happened to be having a birthday party. So Lucy went straight to the one empty kid chair and sat down. She then gladly accepted the cupcake her nice parents probably felt obligated to give her.

Lucy was nice enough to share her pretzels with cousin Maddie.

Lucy and Lauren

Aunt Katie and Uncle Jeff have an impressive play room. Lucy pulled up her socks, put on a spider man glove, and cooked in the kitchen.

We went to Louisa Friday afternoon and got to see where Bryan had his first jury trial. This old courtroom is pretty impressive.

Lucy getting on the witness stand.

You know you live in the south when there's a huge portrait of Robert E. Lee in the back of the courtroom.

Lucy in the jury chairs. She couldn't keep still for me to take a picture.

The back left chair is where the juror was sitting that kept falling asleep. The judge made him stand up and drink a mountain dew.
