Grandma Lu's 90th Birthday Party

We just got back from our trip to California.  It was a bit ambitious going with a 6 week old, but all in all it was a great trip.  We went for my Grandma Lu's 90th b-day party and stayed for a couple of weeks. We'll start with pictures of the party...

Postponed

Blog updates are being postponed until further notice.  What's the reason?

We usually take pictures with our phone and they are fairly easy to upload that way. Well, I may or may not have thrown the phone into a load of laundry.  It was touch and go for a while, but the phone is working with the exception of the camera feature.

It's not a big deal because I had our real camera and have taken a ton of pictures.  I just don't know how to upload them yet and will probably wait until I get home from California.

In other news,  Lucy is doing great.  She was a great traveler and I couldn't have hoped for a better trip. My Grandma's party was a lot of fun and it has been wonderful being around so much family.

Visiting Before We Leave for a Visit

We're spending a few days with the Jones' before my trip to California.

Grandpa showed us a way to hold Lucy that she loves.

Here's a variation on the "corner of the couch" pose.  The main difference is that she's asleep here.

And I know what you're thinking, but don't worry that we'll be out of town for a couple of Sundays.  We've packed new dresses and we're confident that we can find a corner of a couch to prop her up on at my Sister's.  We won't miss her Sunday Dress Series for anything.
