On the Twlefth Day of Christmas

Bryan is almost done with his first round of Law School finals. We don't know who's more excited for the semester to be over - me, Bryan, or the baby. Actually, that's not true at all. Bryan's been the one studying 14 hours a day, 6 days a week (14/6) so it's probably safe to say he'll be the most relieved when exams over.

Bryan's studies robbed him of a once in a lifetime experience this week: The Ward Christmas Party. I attended solo (someone had to represent the good family name) and had a festive time. Some of the highlights included a banjo, the history of the Poinsettia, the first counselor in the bishopric singing an involuntary solo in, "The Twelve Days of Christmas", and finaly, during the Primary's Nativity the boy playing Joseph stroking the baby Jesus like a puppy dog every time he was mentioned in the story. It was a great time.

Welcome to Our Blog

I make no promises that this blog will be filled with humor, pictures, or will even be informative.  However, other entertaining blogs in the family will provide enough peer pressure for me to at least try.  Another problem is that our first baby has yet to make an appearance in this world.  So until then, be prepared to be updated on the not so interesting facts surrounding our lives (school, work, callings and pregnancy).  After the baby comes I'll be sure to post nothing but baby pictures and statements declaring that "baby girl" is the cutest and smartest baby that was ever born.
